Ingredients
- 40g of whole almonds no salt or sugar
- 400ml of filtered water
Method of Preparation
Soak the almonds for at least 18hrs changing the water 3 times.
Put in a blender the soaked almonds and the water and blend until almonds are like grains.
Strain the milk first with a sieve.
Then with a cheese cloth or clean cloth strain the liquid once again.
Store in a glass bottle and consume within 3 days.
