Ingredients

2 eggs

15g Chia seeds

Dash of almond milk (unsweetened)

Cinnamon

50g of Strawberries

30g of Meridian Peanut Butter

 

 

Method of Preparation

In a bowl whisk eggs, chia seeds, almond milk and cinnamon until batter is well mixed.

Put the batter in a non stick pan (spray a little of fry-light) over a  medium heat .

Put in a plate and top it with strawberries and Meridian smooth peanut butter.

**You can add maca powder to the batter for some extra nutrients, or even check my recipe for Green Pancakes with some wheat grass powder from Aldi.

**You can also top with blueberries or any other fruit of your choice.
