Ingredients

5 tbs of Whole Chia Seeds

2 cups of your favorite fruit for Jam (I choose blueberries)

xylitol or stevia (I don’t use anything)

Method of Preparation

Put your favorite fruit on the pan and cover with water. Stir for about 5 minutes until water and fruit are boiling, add your xylitol or stevia. Remove pan from stove and put on a separately jar after coolling down.

Add the 5 tbs of chia and stir and leave until Chia seeds are hydrated and the mix becomes thicker.

You can leave on the fridge for up to 7 days and put on your morning pancakes, omelletes or porridge bowls.
