Ingredients

1 frozen acai pulp

1 scoop of protein powder

Water or Almond milk

1/2 banana

Toppings: Berries and Granola

Method of Preparation

Blend the acai with water and banana. Add the scoop of protein powder (vanilla or strawberry will taste better) and add the almond milk slowly until you get almost o an ice cream texture.

Pour over your favorite bowl and add berries and granola or your favorite toppings!
