Ingredients
300g of seasoned shredded chicken
50g of cottage cheese
1kg of boiled and mashed sweet potatoes
100g of oats
Method of Preparation
Mashed the sweet potatoes and mix in 50g of oats or almond flour, smoked paprika and salt. Mix the chicken with cottage cheese or tomato sauce and parmesan cheese. Spread the sweet potato on a baking sheet and put the chicken on top of the dough.
Use the baking sheet to shape the coxinha and cover all sides with the “dough” . Roll each coxinha in the oats (flour) and put them in the airfryer for 20 min at 200 degrees.
