Ingredients
Pancakes:
300ml of Egg Whites
50g of oats
1 tbs of cocoa powder
Sweetener of choice
Toppings:
Bananas
1 scoop of protein powder
Milk or water
Method of Preparation
Mix the egg whites with cocoa powder, oats e sweetener using a blender of a fork.
Add the batter to a non stick pan and make small or large pancakes
Toppings:
Cut the bananas in slices and place on top of all pancakes
In another recipient mix the protein powder with just enough milk or water to get a creamy consistent (20-50ml)
Add the creamy mixture to the top of the pancakes
